We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of London and within walking distance to most of the city’s main attractions, parks, and restaurants. It made exploring the city with kids so easy and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet — perfect for a family. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Location was perfect, every atraction was in the walking distance we didn’t even take any transports. We arrived to the hotel from victoria station and it was just 2 minutes by walk. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We have to thank to the housekeeping and reception staff they all were very helpful and was taking quick actions. We felt we experienced London in a luxury way and spoiled . Hotel building was the very good combination of history and luxury.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jubilee Hotel Victoria. The location is very convenient, and everything was clean, comfortable, and straightforward. I had two separate bookings, and the staff were great about making sure I stayed in the same room when I came back, which made things much easier. What stood out most was how kind and generous the staff were. They went out of their way to help and made sure everything was handled smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Overall, a great place to stay in London. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I had to arrange late check in and late check out since I was traveling in a busy schedule. They were really helpful in arranging that. Good location - walking distance to Victoria train station. Rooms are small but comfortable. Has all necessary amenities and facilities.

The location was perfect — close to everything and very convenient for sightseeing. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We even had a small emergency during our stay, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help us through it. The staff are incredibly well-trained, polite, and always ready to assist. Our rooms were spotless, the linens smelled wonderfully fresh, and the entire place felt very clean and well maintained. We also met other lovely guests who were tourists like us, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
